Acuity doesn’t offer free appointment scheduling at this time, but you can use the free trial to test out our scheduling software before committing to a paid version. No credit card required.
Yes. You'll even receive a discount if you switch to an annual plan of our online scheduling software. Once you start your free trial, switch to annual billing in your account settings, and you'll be all set until next year.
We don’t like surprises either. Listed prices don’t include applicable taxes, but there are no unexpected fees. No set-up fees, no cancellation fees, no support fees—nada.
Absolutely. It's easy to cancel your account completely. If you decide to move on, we'll stop charging you and wish you the best.
Yes! All Acuity Scheduling plans give you access to our mobile admin app to view and manage appointments on the go. Look for “Acuity Scheduling” in the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store to add it to your device. You’re able to use the app during the free trial period.

Your billing cycle is determined by whichever date you sign up, so the date when you sign up will be the first date of your billing cycle. For example, if you sign up on the 15th of the month, your next invoice will be on the 15th of the following month.
