A new way to reach a new audience

We’re thrilled to announce a new integration with Airbnb, the global platform for travelers to book stays, experiences, and services.

Airbnb’s new Services marketplace spotlights service-based businesses like those run on Acuity Scheduling—including top professionals in beauty, wellness, fitness, and photography. Airbnb Services makes every stay more special, helping travelers find trusted local experts while supporting small businesses.

Fill your schedule with high-value travelers

At Acuity Scheduling, we know our customers work hard to build their reputation and grow their client base. They’re often the face of their business and the marketing team behind it. That’s why we’re excited to help ease their load with an additional way to get discovered. Airbnb Services offers a smart new way for Acuity customers to connect with travelers who need services while visiting a new area.

Whether it’s a blowout before a wedding, a massage after a long flight, a photoshoot during a family reunion, or a fitness class to stay energized on vacation, travelers are actively seeking high-quality services. Now, Acuity customers have the opportunity to show up for them at exactly the right moment.

“We’re always looking for ways to provide value to our customers and help make them successful. This integration with Airbnb was an easy decision because it gives our customers a whole new way to get discovered—especially those in the beauty, wellness, fitness, and photography space,” says Ryan Sult, Product Director at Acuity Scheduling. “And because this integration syncs with your Acuity calendar, it’s built to support your schedule, not complicate it.”

How to connect Acuity and Airbnb

Eligible businesses can connect accounts and apply to Airbnb’s vetted marketplace. If accepted, Airbnb and Acuity calendars will automatically sync, keeping schedules full without the fear of double-booking.

Our integration is now live to a small number of businesses and will expand in the coming weeks.
